Hi there

I have an ASROCK H110 Pro BTC+ MOBO. I cannot get it to detect the following SSD: Kingston 500GB SSD, NV1, M.2 NVMe PCIe Gen3

Have I made an error and utilised a hard drive that is not compatible, or is there a different issue I am unaware of that needs to be corrected to make it work?

Cheers
Starkey

Hi.

Yesterday I have the same situation.
M.2 NVMe is no supported on this MOBO, because it's uses PCIe standard.

You need to buy M.2 SATA 3 SSD

You have to look very well, because the M.2 is only the form factor of the SSD.
There is SATA 3 and NVMe PCIe generation on the market, and the last one is not supported.

Hi Starkey,

Thank you for your post.

To maximize the PCIE lanes for mining, The M.2 Slot on H110 PRO BTC+ supports M.2 SATA only.

In your case, it is not compatible with your M.2 nvme SSD.

Please choose an M.2 SATA SSD for your system.

All the best
