Hi
I am seeing blank screen when I migrated to new MB (B560M Pro4). Here are more details
PSU: corsair RM750X
MB: Asrock B560M Pro4
GC: Asus GTX1070
RAM: 32GB
CPU: intel i5-11400F

I removed CMOS battery and put it back no use. Basically there is no signal coming out of the graphics card. I dont even see the bios screen during bootup. But, I used my old gt710 and viola, I can clearly see the signal, booting into win10 64 bit. The problem is seen when I use GTX1070. I connected all cables (including power to the GTX. I see the led going to white from red after I connect the power cable). GTX is securely positioned in the PCIe slot 1 onboard next to M.2. I also updated the BIOS firmware to latest. No use at all.
Highly appreciate any help here please.
Thanks

Hi live4u,

Thank you for your post.

There are many possible reasons that will make the system black screen, please refer to the following suggestions to verify the system.

1. Make sure the video cable is connected to the GPU.
2. Clear CMOS by referring to the user manual page. 19.
User manual: https://download.asrock.com/Manual/B560M%20Pro4.pdf
3. Only install CPU, PSU, Cooler, 1 RAM, Graphics card to check if the system can boot into BIOS setup.
4. Set the PCIE1 link speed to "GEN3"
5. Try another PCIEx16 slot.
6. Try another video output from your graphic card to verify.

If you have other questions, please feel free to contact us.

All the best,
ASRock TSD
