Hello. Windows 10 is installed on the computer. Downloaded Polychrome for ASRock Z490M Pro4 and installed it. I run Polychrome and the program freezes on device detection. I tried to flash the motherboard with firmware from the Bin folder - it didn 't help . When flashing, the error Enter ICP mode fail appears. If you run the program, then when you restart the computer, one M.2 NVMe disappears. If you turn off and turn on the computer, then the SSD is lying in its place. Please suggest a solution to this problem .

Hello,
It would be best to use the support form, and give as much information as possible. This will help, to diagnose the problem. https://event.asrock.com/tsd.asp When using a gmail account, check your spam foler Sometimes the RGB controlelr software, from other hardware like Corsair Icue, can mess up things Deinstall all these tools, including the ASRock tool. Restart the system, and delete any folders, these tools have created. Restart againm, and install the ASRock tool only, and give it same time. |
