Hello, I recently have bought a new m2 nvme disk(pny cs3030) and installed it to the m2_2 slot because the first slot is occupied by my first m2 nvme disk(Gigabyte 128GB M.2 PCIe NVMe). When the new disk is in the second slot, the pc bricks, but when it is in first slot it works but then second drive(old drive) is not being detected. Also one time when new m2 was in second slot and old in first, it booted and worked but after restarting pc it didnt work anymore. I tried removing all disks from sata slots and it still not worked. Does someone know solution for this problem?

Have a look at the specs, Section Storage
http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/B450%20Pro4/index.asp#Specification M2_2 shares resources with 2 SATA ports. Also try with only the new M.2 in M2_1, to see if this is working. it can also be a defective M.2 card or firmware issue. |
