Hi there,

I recently upgraded to Windows 11. My Spec is :
- Asrock B550M Pro4 with BIOS bersion P2.20
- AMD Ryzen 7 5700G with no External GPU
- 2 x 8 GB DDR4 3200 Mhz

The A-Tuning working fine in windows 10. After I upgraded to windows 11 it is not working at all. No matter what Operation Mode I choose, either performance or power saving. They are both have same average voltage and frequencies, varry from 0.9V - 1.4V and 3.3 Ghz - 4.5 Ghz.

Normally in windows 10 if I choose Performance mode, it will stable around 4Ghz+ and when I choose saving mode it will stable at 0.7 Volt.

I already updated the windows 11 to latest version and A-Tuning to latest version.

Any solution?

I have the same issue... A-Tuning does not run after migrating to WIN11.
I get a "Driver Cannot Be Loaded..." from WIN11 OS both during power up and anytime I try and run A-Tuning.

Wish I kept deferring the WIN11 upgrade.

I have a B450M Pro4 MB
AMD Ryzen 5 2600X
WIN11: 22H2

I updated the A-Tuning utility app from AS Rock to Ver 3.0.416, but, the problem remains.

I am not real comfortable about updating the BIOS but it seems that is the logical next step. The BIOS has not been updated since the initial build.

Anyone who has problems with A-Tuning under Windows 11 should contact ASRock technical support

https://event.asrock.com/tsd.asp

In my case with X399 Taichi there is no compatible version for Windows 11 on the official support website and version 3.0.199 is only for Windows 10. After migration to 11 got the same warning.

ASRock support provided me with a link to download version 3.0.464 and it works wonderfully.

Good luck

Thank You..!!

Problem Solved... Without updating the UFEI/Bios (which was Rev 3.90).

AS Rock says the latest Utility (A-Tuning) for the B450 Pro4 MB is Rev 3.0.466

The Rev I had tried was 3.0.416 with no Joy.

Once I installed Utility Rev 3.0.466 A-Tuning worked and WIN 11 fault pop ups are gone.

Easy enough...
