I have the AsRock Z390 Pro 4 with the Windows Server OS installed. I tried installing each of the LAN drivers that were present on the downloads page for the motherboard but none of the drivers seemed to have any effect.
What is the driver needed for this motherboard for Windows Server? |

Seems like this board has a Intel Giga PHY IntelĀ® I219V Ethernet Controller.

In order to get the driver working for the Z390 I had to download the below driver located on the Windows 10 x64bit downloads page for the Z390 board and then modify the driver per the blog post below. You can also download the custom made that I created using the download url I have at the bottom of this post.
