Hi guys

I am trying to overclock my 13900k and i dont want to loose any power saving features like dropping vcore while the computer is idle. My underload and stable vcore is 1.280v for 5.6ghz and 4.5ghz for e cores. So i wanted to use negative offset but the maximum is -100v. Why is it limited to -100v ? By offset voltage mobo gives much more voltage and applying -100v only drops the vcore to 1.455v ehoch is way more than it needs.
