I found the setting for shared memory, but it tops out at 1024MB... I have 64GB of memory available, would like to use more of it for the IGPU...

Is there any way to accomplish this?

I think it would be best to use the latest BIOS, if still the 1 GB is maximum,
The fixed value is usually, when You want to keep the buit in graphics active, when using a dedicated graphics card, by default the built in, is deactivated, when a graphics card is used, and only by settings this fixed value, You can keep the onboard graphics active.
But Windows uses DVMT, so a dynamic use of your RAm memory, depending on the needs of the application, it uses up to half of the available RAM memory.
By setting built in to a fixed value, it will not increase the performance.
As soon as the operating system is acive, it will take control of all the resources.
By setting it to a fixed value, you actually limit the graphics capabilities that Windows can address, because you disable DVMT
Kind Regards
