Hi all,
So i got me a nice ASROCK mainboard, in a bundle with an AMD 3,8 CPU.
All good, PC running with Windows 7 Premium (64Bit) in a well aired case.
Want to use it to render 3D which requires a good graphiccard (got that) and a lot RAM. And here i get to my "problem", rather say question:
System(Windows) is recognising 32GB RAM installed but tells me only 16GB are usable.
Installed RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR3  1600     4x8GB

Had other/smaller RAM in bank 3 and 4 before and it showed the same effect.

What am i doing wrong?

Please refer to the below Microsoft pages for the maximize memory that each version of Windows can access.

https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/aa366778(v=vs.85).aspx

Sadly, Windows 7 Home Premium is capped at 16GB
