I just bought this kit on Ebay but didn't see in the board list ...

G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR4 2400 (PC4 19200) F4-2400C15D-32GVR

I don't have personal experience with that G.SKILL model of memory, but G.SKILL does not include any X99 boards as compatible in their own memory QVL list for this model:

Any of the four G.Skill 2400 32GB kits linked below should work fine for/in the Taichi.

It may, but be forewarned you'll most likley(99.99% sure) need to manually input timings and voltages, assuming it is compatible.

These sticks you bought are for Z170 boards and therefore do not have XMP Profiles for X99 boards.
