What do you mean by "2 sli powers slots"?

Do you mean you have two video cards and want to run them in SLI?

The H81 Pro BTC  is a special purpose Bit Coin (BTC) mining board. It does not support SLI, and does not state in the specifications that it supports SLI.

Bit coin miners use special riser cards with slots for connecting x16 video cards to x1 PCIe lanes. That works fine for BTC mining, but won't help for SLI.
