Boot loop after installing ASRock TPM2-S module

   I have X399 professional gaming and 1950X. BIOS is V2.0 and has default settings. After I installed ASRock TPM2-S module, the machine gets stuck in an infinite boot loop. The last debug code is 23 before each reboot. Any ideas? Thanks!
