Ok, I just set my system to fast boot.. and now my bios screen is seriously corrputed (like in negative).  I can switch it back or reset to defaults and the corruption is gone.

There appears to be several settings where toggling this and it happens, but fastboot is enough to test with.

Bios version 2.0
Proc - 1950x
Mobo - x399 taichi
ram - gskill ddr4-3200
video xfx rx570

It happens at all frequencies, overclocked or stock

Anyone else able to replicate?

ill have to check.  This was pulled from a working uefi system and I had no issues with it.  If it were a corrupted bios, id expect to have the messed up graphics no matter how the mobo was set.. not just here and there..

Got it sorted.. The xfx rx570 has a switchable bios.. and it was in bios mode, not uefi.. had to flip the switch and all is happy now.. much much better..
