Hello,

I recently got an ASRock A620M Pro RS. Everything was working fine until I went into the bios and changed a setting to cine bench and changed the ram to 5200MHZ. Now all I get is red lights on my CPU and Ram. I?�ve tried reseating both and clearing CMOS. Nothing is working.

I have a Ryzen 5 7600X
32 GB Corsair RGB Pro 6000MHZ
Intel Arc B580
Aero cool 700W PSU

Any help would be greatly appreciated

check if you reset the bios correctly.

try with one ram stick

Use the BIOS flashback mechanism to flash it to the recently released beta BIOS (3.20). See if that helps.
