" rel="nofollow - I've noticed that these forums are pretty 'dead' and many posts for help either receive no replies, or very slow replies.
I posted a reply to a few threads this morning that had very simple issues that could have easily been resolved for the customer.

Does AsRock even bother to post here?

What about 'tweaktown'? Or any better place than here?

Update:

Looks like Tweaktown's AsRock forum is not much better - the 'official' AsRock tech support thread is closed and locked.
WTF!!!??

ASRock_TSD is posts here pretty frequently these days. I am just a moderator, the only one posting at the moment so yes, things have slowed down some. These are community forums, here to allow users to help each other. I am a community member the same as everyone else here.

ASRock representatives all belong to the forum group "ASRock_Official" and have never been as active as we moderators are.

I help where I can but I have a life outside of these forums and can't reply to every post. I do my best to encourage users to help each other out and keep the forums clear of spam, trolling and other community damaging posts. I do not however censor or delete negative posts about products, this is something a number of spammers have been posting repeatedly in an effort to not have their posts deleted, posts they later edit to include spam/malicious links.

ASRock uses these forums to keep an eye on common issues and learn where products can be improved as well as identify issues that need addressing that may not show up on support forms. Many of the users on these forums push their systems beyond what could be considered "average user" functionality and so we often see issues here that the average user would never encounter using system defaults and basic functionality.

I hope this clarifies our situation here.
