I recently bought a 775I65G R3.0 Motherboard, and it seems to be a bit of a lemon.  It runs, but there's no VGA output.  Can anybody help me figure out what's wrong?  Further details on request.

You bought this board new?

The lack of video output may only be one side affect of another problem.

What CPU and memory are you using with this board?

Did you connect both the twenty pin and four pin CPU power cables to the board? Both are required for the board and CPU to operate.

Are you using the graphics on the board itself, or a video card?

Regardless, try clearing the CMOS/BIOS with the jumper on the board, and try starting it again.
