resizable BAR - does it work on ASRock beta bioses?

does it work in 3.20 BIOS? It does not work for me on 3.20, was working before.

i have the same motherboard and CPU, ordered form newegg.com and I am having issues with the new BIOS ?

i am not able to boot/post but my code reads "00"

I have RMA CPU and Board back to newegg.com, i am still waiting for the replacement.

do you guys have any info ? how to fix the "00", I did everything but not fix
