Hi All,

MB: AsRock Z270 Pro4
CPU: i5 7600K
HS/FAN: CM Hyper 212 Evo
RAM: GSKILL AEGIS DDR4
PSU: Seasonic SSR-750RM
GPU: ASUS 1060 GTX 6GB

I had to disassemble my Desktop PC and travel with it, carried everything in their original antistatic bags and proper cushioning in their original boxes, except left CPU attached to the MB.

After I rebuilt the Desktop this happened:

1. No Post, No Beep, No Display, Kept restarting every 2 seconds, surprised!

2. Removed GPU, Attached MOBO VGA to Monitor, Removed One of the RAMs, No restarts this time, but still, No Post, No Beep.

3. Purchased MOBO Speaker, No Post, No Beep

4. Removed all RAMs, get 3 long beeps.

5. Insert one RAM back in, no beeps, no post, no display.

6. Tried CMOS Reset to no avail.

At this point I am wondering if I have a bad CPU, MOBO or PSU. And I am heavily inclined towards the MOBO.

I am not sure if I would still get the "3 Long No RAM Beeps" if the CPU was the issue.

Unfortunately I do not have a multimeter to test my PSU, I am also wondering what caused it to keep restarting every 2 seconds, was the CPU overheating? Then again why did the restarting stop after I removed one of the RAM modules?

I am inclined to think that these events still point to a faulty MOBO, but I am not sure.

I am also disappointed that this MOBO is lacking in terms of diagnostic signals, No lights, No beeps there is absolutely nothing to go by.

Your input would be much appreciated.

P.S. Yes the CPU and MOBO power cables are properly connected, I did not try to power the CPU with a PCI-E 8-Pin or vice versa, and I tried all RAM slots with both RAMs.

Thanks in advance
