I bought a Thermaltake TT Synch controller for use with my Floe Riing RGB 280 TT Premium Edition and Riing Trio 14 RGB Radiator Fan TT Premium Edition (3-Fan Pack). My motherboard is ASRock Z390 Taichi Ultimate. I wonder which controller cable to use on the Addressable LED Header of my motherboard (supplied for ASUS (Aura Addressable Strip Header(s)?). Kindly advise! |

Aura Sync uses the same Header as Asrock Plug it in one of these white connectors |

I think that the lefthand one is to be connected as it is 5v, whereas the righthand one is 12v. |

I have setup my computer and made all connections ok. All fans, with the exception of the water cooler ones, function full RGB with the Polychrome settings. Thermaltake would not answer my email highlighting the problem... |
