I just purchased a new Ryzen build and it is not booting. I have confirmed I connected the correct MB and CPU connectors on the board. My suspicion is the memory since it is not on the approved list and has Intel XMP 2.0 Support. I got a sick deal on the memory and hoped it would not matter, but I guess it does. It may not be as forgiving as older AMD systems. I wanted to get an opinion form here, though.
