Hello guys,
My Win10 system would not connect to the internet via the Ethernet cable automatically. Besides, under device manager > Network Adapters there is also no Realtek related anything, just a bunch of WAN things.
Any help, hank you

Dear Anodyne,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

According to your question, we provide some suggestions for verifying:

1. Please enter the BIOS setup and press [F9] to load BIOS default setting to verify.

2. Re-plug the Ethernet cable and make sure it is functional. If possible, please change other Ethernet cables to verify.

3. Under OS environment, please right click the Network icon to "Open Network & Internet Setting" and click "Change Adapter Options".
You should able to see the Ethernet device under Network Connection. Please Disable it and then Enable it to verify.

4. Un-install Ethernet LAN driver from Control Panel>Program. Download the following LAN driver and install it to verify:

Thanks!

All the best,
ASRock TSD
