I have an Asroc B75M-GL R2.0 MB. When I turn it on, I get 6 beeps and then it shuts down. All the fans are working, tired a new PS and tried with all peripherals disconnected. Tried new memory as well. What does the 6 beeps tell me?

For AMI UEFI/BIOS, as your board has, six short beeps is either a failure of a peripheral device, like a graphics card, or the board itself is no longer working.
If you've removed everything from the board, except the CPU and memory, then the board may be bad.
But you should do a CMOS/BIOS clear first, and see if that helps. You may want to do a full CMOS clear by removing the board's battery while the CMOS jumper is in the clear position. It is also possible that the CMOS battery is bad.
