What does this function serve? I see no information in the manual and I have searched online as well. It claims to provide "real-time overclocking."

Can someone clarify how it affects performance when overclocking and on stock settings (it is enabled by default)?

Example Options: "CPU Ratio +1, CPU Ratio +2, CPU Ratio +3, and Multi-Core Enhancement.

Does this affect single-core usage (e.g. Core1/Core2) if I do not select Multi-core enhancement? Does this mean the BIOS provides an extra 100-300mhz to my performance in real-time when application demands it from CPU? I'm confused and maybe overthinking this a bit. Is it safe to use when overclocking? (4.7 multiplier/4.2cache @ offset +10mv = 1.23v max under load).
