Hi
I bought this mobo a few days ago to replace the old one that broke. I bought it to get a PC working again so i can gift it on christmas.
The problem is that i have 2 ram modules. One is 2gb and the other is 4gb. The bios detects both modules but only the 2GB is usable. You might be thinking that it is because the moules are different from one another, other than size, but that's wrong. They are exactly the same model, the only difference is the size. They are KVR1333D3N9. I've tried resitting, changing sockets, cleaning, msconfig, nothing works, and they were previously working in another system. It's probably just incompatible. Also, the BIOS sets the 2GB RAM at 1066 and CL7 as far as i know, Which is completely not the settings for the ram that i have.
My question is if there is something else i can do that i'm missing.
As for the GPU problem: I'm also trying to add an Asus Geforce GT720 to that system but it won't work. The GPU works in another system but not in this one. The PC boots normally but there's no image. I've tried changing the primary video source: Onboard, PCI, and PCIE. Doesn't work. Tried both the VGA and HDMI port. Nothing
Should i just return the board and buy the MSI they have in stock? (Its the only other one they have). Or is all of this fixable?

Forgot to mention that the 4gb module doesn't work on its own in this pc, but it works in another one. the 2gb module id the only one that works fine on both systems
