Hi,

I have
Motherbard - PHANTOM GAMING X870E Nova WiFi(3.10 bios)

CPU -9800X3D
Ram: GSkill - F5-6000J3036G32GX2-TZ5NRW
Case: Lian-li O11 dyanmic evo

The system stops briefly at code 15 and stops completely at C5 afterwards. This is in combination with different memory slots. Without RAM, it errors AA.
According to GSkill, this board is supported for this RAM.
Front Panel controls also do not work.

Thank you

I have reseated the cpu and graphics card. The pins look ok.

Hi!

Both C15 & C5 are related to memory issues.
C15 = Memory training.
C5 = Memory incompatibility.

I have dealt with C5 too.
I had a very niche memory kit, and it would give me error C5.
What worked for me was putting both RAM DIMMs in channel B (B1 + B2), however that means that it will run in single-channel mode.

You can try this setup to see if you can boot with it.

In my case, I've ended up RMA'ing the RAM kit.

I hope this helps...

Thanks NDRE28, you are correct. The issue is most likely related to the RAM.

Try reseating the RAM and ensuring it is fully seated in the slot. On new boards
the slots can be very tight and seem like they are seated but actually still need
to go in a bit further.

Good luck
