Hello!
If I buy two 2x4GB 3000 mhz type memory to my mainboard, if all these four will be working at the same time and same frequency?

With two different packet module, we should consider if memory chip, chip manufacturer, memory compatibility are same.
The most important is that install 4 DIMMs a kit module, it could make sure these modules could be POST at the same time.
Because memory vendor would test all of them and check the compatibility.
As a result, we strongly recommend installing 4 DIMMs a kit module on the system.
This could guarantee all modules are compatible and have the same quality.

However, we still recommend referring to the QVL and then choose a suitable device for your system.
