I have a problem when I turn off my PC.
The system is unable to shutdown after clicking the shutdown button under Win10 OS.
It will restart instead of shutting down.

1. Please re-install windows 10 OS to verify.

2. Please plug HDD to different SATA ports to verify.

3. Please use different Windows 10 installation media to verify.
