Hi all, I have got a problem, I have a AB350 Pro4 and I can't turn off my fans I tried making custom curve setting them at 0% until 50 C but they still continue spinning. Some users told me to switch from PWM to DC mode but I can't find how to help me I have 4 pin fans with 4 pin splitters Can you help me please? Thanks! :)

You can't turn off the PWM fan with a curve. The only chance you with this motherboard is to get an adapter to make it a 3 pin fan and connect it to CHA_FAN1 header, where it will get detected as DC mode fan, that way you should be able to turn it off with a curve.

nvm, got wrong board highlighted, but still you can only use cha_fan2 and cha_fan3 with a 3-pin fan in order to turn it off by setting a curve.

Ok, thanks! What if I detach - or cut - the 4th pin, the one of PWM?

I mean on the cable of the splitter obv, not on the motherboard

If you can do that without permanent damage to the splitter, then go for it.

I hope those are not CPU cooler fans, as you don't want CPU to not have a spinning fan, and your motherboard will most likely throw an error if you won't have any fan connected to the CPU fan header.

I was installing drivers on Windows, I watched temps, 50 C... And realized that I forgot the cpu fan lol
BTW I think I can detach the 4th pin without breaking the splitter, I'll try thanks!
