Build Details
ASRock X870 Steel Legend WiFi (Motherboard #2) MSI 4080 (GPU #2) Ryzen 9900X (CPU #2) Corsair RM850X (I have also tried an Asus Prime 850W Gold and GPU wouldn't even power up) GSkill DDR 5-6000 2x32GB (I have also tried Crucial Pro Series)
In December of 2024, I built a new PC with all new parts. The exception being the 4080 from my old build. Everything worked fine for 60 days, and then the GPU stopped being recognized with Windows throwing a "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)". Initially, I suspected a GPU issue and sent my GPU off to MSI who said it was fine and sent it back. I sent it back to MSI again and they sent back another 4080. Same error. The only way I get display output is via the motherboard.
Since then, my system boots only via the HDMI on the motherboard (Constant error 43, GPU fans are spinning). I have swapped out every component including the motherboard, CPU, RAM, GPU, and Power Supply). Today's experiment consisted of new RAM (no change) and a new PSU. The GPU wouldn't even power up on the new GPU and remained unrecognized. Although the system booted up again fine via the HDMI port. I then swapped back to the original power supply and the GPU powered up, but error 43 again. I have never had such an experience with a home-built PC. Any recommendations would be welcome. I am thinking perhaps something is shorting, but I disassembled everything and have replaced everything with the same error. It all worked fine for the first 60 days or so.

you replaced all the hardware?
idk if its a troll post or not,
Have you tried simply running different os like linux? if you are determined to use windows have you tried "reinstalling system multiple times", "clear installing gpu drivers" like windows users do?
error 43 is a driver initialization problem
