Hi!
If i restore the bios to the default settings, and ONLY change the clock speed from 3200Mhz to 3225Mhz (Ryzen 1600) on the pstate0 and leaving the default values on pstate1 and pstate2, the cpu won't idle with the lower voltage from pstate2, only the frequency will drop down to the value set on pstate2.
If i change back to 3200Mhz, then the voltate will drop to the value set on pstate2. I've tested everything and it is a problem with bios. The same issue happened with Ryzen 1200, if tried to increase clock speed only 25Mhz, the CPU wont idle the with the voltage set for pstate2.
Another user with same board, but running ryzen 1700x do not face this issue. This user even uploaded his bios settings trying to help me, but even "restoring" my bios with his file, the cpu still not idleling with the voltage from pstate2.
I've tried bios version 2.0, 3.3, 4.40, 4.80 but all with same results and now i am running 5.10.
C&Q and C-state enabled.
Anything that i can try or this is a confirmed issue? This only affects non "X" cpus?
Thanks!

I could be wrong as i havent explored low state voltages as i could care less for it but i believe C&Q doesn't with multiplier overclocking but should work fine with bclk overclocking.

Well, with 1700x, the cpu was idleling on a lower voltage:
https://forum.level1techs.com/t/ryzen-p-states-info-asrock-mainboard-updates/114283/15
And searching more, i've found this: https://community.amd.com/thread/216716
So, if i leave pstate as auto and anable turdo boots, it will boost to 3.5Ghz and it will idle on a lower voltage.
I will try to find more results of users with this board and idleling on a lower voltage.
