sorry for my bad english. I bought an arctic 33 plus but I have a problem.
I bought a 2600x and the arctic and this mobo last week and today i have assembled the pc. but I have a problem does not adhere.I put it

Is it normal for the backplate to move and make so much play? or has it broken (unglued from the motherboard)?

It is definitely NOT supposed to wobble like that!

I think you used the wrong screws for the mounting. Mounting screws (come with the kit) are 24mm. AMD ones are 20mm! Although threading is different on the different screws, one can tighten them in the wrong place with some force.
