I've spent 3 evenings trying to OC to my 8700K. While under load, HWMonitor is reporting a drop of 50mV. For instance: I set my fixed voltage to 1.360V. Windows boots and shows 1.360V. I run a benchmark (Cinebench or Prime 95) and my VCORE drops to 1.310. What gives?! This is absolutely frustrating. About to go back to Asus I'm so irritated. Sigh.
