With BIOS 1.80 under OC there is the option called Performance mode.
The options are: Auto Cinebench R15 Cinebench R11 Geekbench.
I noticed that when I select the option Cinebench R15 I get 20 points more in Cinebench R15 on 2600X.
Can someone explain what the options actually do?

Although I have no concrete evidence what each option does, I'll take they are pretty self-explanatory.
I'm not sure whether 20 points (I assume that's single-core score) in CB15 are worth it, though. More so, Ryzen 2000X have PBO & XFR2, which should enable you to reach the same if not higher scores while not being limited to benchmarks only.

They are just basic presets tailored for popular benchmarks I would guess. Like Xhue said, generally they are not worth using with Ryzen 2 given how well AMD has implemented it's XFR2 functionality. The general consensus by most reviewers is that Ryzen 2xxx actually performs better in gaming with it's stock settings. Now, if you are using heavily threaded workloads then setting up an all core overclock would provide a much more significant performance bump.
As for what do they do, benchmarks generally test the performance of particular aspects of the system. 5 different CPU benchmarks could all test different areas of the CPU so a tailored setting will increase the performance of the particular areas the benchmark it was designed for tests. Some CPU benchmarks may prefer faster cache while others prefer faster FPUs etc.
