Hello, how are you? If the issue is fixed in the new Wi-Fi 7, you must download the latest version 24H2 for Windows 11 to solve the Wi-Fi problem.

Nice to hear your voice

It is 24H2 and all updates installed.
It still freezes or looses audio at times, as well as the video stopping at times.

I'm sorry, there are a lot of Wi-Fi problems. If you want to relax, use Wi-Fi 6E. It has no problems and is stable.

Well, the built in is Wi-FI 6E but my router is not. It's a high end expensive router and with 50 some devices connected replacing it would be a major pain having to change the password etc.

And it hasn't proven to be the wifi causing it.

Wi-Fi 7 cannot connect a large number. You may encounter problems or disconnection in the Internet. Of course, Wi-Fi 6 E is better, but you can unify the Wi-Fi password so that you can benefit. You can replace Wi-Fi 7 via a small m.2. There is a slot to change the Wi-Fi. Think about it.
