Please suggest whether there is any requirement of Graphics card for ASRock A320M-HDV. I am getting an error continuosly I have replaced mother board and Ram still the same issue. I have confirmed that my Processor Ryzen 3 is absolutely fine. Is it mandetory to have a GPU insalled or the mother board has the ability to provide default GPU suooprt?

Which Ryzen 3 do you have exactly?
Mobo can provide video output only if you have Ryzen APU, e.g. 2200G or 2400G.
Also, this is an older model mobo and it may not have the BIOS version that supports later Ryzen APU.
ASRock report that there are 4 revisions of this board, if this tells you something.

You need a discrete GPU (an actual card). The display output on the motherboard only works with certain CPUs, called APUs.
Ryzen 5 2400g Ryzen 3 2200g Athlon 200ge Athlon 220ge Athlon 240ge
Those are the only GPUs that support the onboard display outputs that I would recommend. There are the A8, A10 and A12 "Bristol Ridge" class APUs too but these are terrible value for money and poor performers.
So you will need to install a graphics card with your Ryzen 3 1200, it can't be used with the display outputs on your motherboard.
