I opened some tickets in the support, some months ago, another I opened several days ago. They never answer me. What happens?

During the year I spent scanning various user forums for solutions to my problem, I noticed that some ASRock customers did mention they received responses from ASRock technical support, so it must happen. I'm not convinced the technical support request web form is the best method to use. The ASRock Repair/RMA link provides a support email address under the End User heading. I did read a few forum posts that mentioned using this email address could be the better approach.

I submitted my first ASRock support request in December of 2017. I used the web form and promptly received an email confirmation that said I would be contacted soon. I'm sorry to report that I'm still waiting. I will add that the problem I experienced was eventually solved using a BIOS update that was published to the ASRock web site towards the end of 2018.
ASRock does not provide any release notes that describe the fixes included with each BIOS update, so I kept installing every new update when it was published until one finally fixed the problem. The thrill of finding a new ASRock BIOS update reminded me of the excitement when opening a gift on Christmas day only to discover it is a pair of socks. Of course eventually you do find the one gift that does bring joy. :) Good luck.
