usb 3-7: device descriptor read/64, error -71 not working gone missing

try unloading the driver at sleep/suspend. It helped me with mt7922


#/etc/systemd/system/mt7921e-sleep.service
[Unit]
Description=mt7921e sleep
Before=sleep.target
StopWhenUnneeded=yes

[Service]
Type=oneshot
RemainAfterExit=yes
ExecStart=/sbin/modprobe -r mt7921e
ExecStop=/sbin/modprobe mt7921e

[Install]
WantedBy=sleep.target
