This barebone server (needs separate purchase of CPU, RAM and disks) looks very attractive at first look, but there is one major question:

Is this product effectively EOL with a few old boxes still in wholesale warehouses and no new ones coming from ASRR, or is it still current, with ASRR sending newly assembled boxes (cabinet + MB + etc.) to wholesalers as they sell their current stock?

If you are building a production cluster that needs to last 5+ years with manufacturer support, you should look at the 1U2LW-B650 or 1U4LW-GENOA series instead.
