A boot profile in the UEFI must be created from Windows. At least that how it's worked for me.
Search online for bcdboot and you'll find the instructions.
In short, you boot your system from a USB stick with Windows installation media on it. Go to the repair tools and run a command prompt. From there you mount the EFI partition on the disk you want to boot from. Use diskpart for that. Then you run bcdboot c:\Windows and the boot profile is created in your UEFI and you should be able to boot from your drive like normal.
Again, for full instruction search for bcdboot instructions.

Disable CSM, enables SecureBoot and re-install Win. Saves you tons of trouble in on the long run.
