Please, I need help with an ASSROCK Z390 XTREME plate, bios 2.30, although I happened with the previous bios too .... The pc freezes for a few seconds and the monitor goes off if I do not remove the hard disks ... Any help? |

I mean the windows option that the discs stop when you do not use them |
