Is it possible to have an SSD and a M.2 SATA in the pc at the same time and would downloading windows 7 on the ssd and keeping windows 10 on this current M.2 SATA be possible?

On that motherboard, the 4 SATA ports are from the chipset and aren't shared with any CPU direct links.
CPU itself can support up to 2 SATA devices.
In other words, you can have an m.2 SATA drive + 4 more SATA drives connected without any issues.
As for dual-booting Win7 and Win10, Windows itself doesn't supply boot manager, so you'd have to use F11 (or was it F12) to choose which one to boot each time.
I'd think it should work, but I can't guarantee anything because I never tried it myself.

Running Windows 7 on the SSD and keeping Windows 10 on the M.2 SATA is also technically possible as a dual-boot setup. However, there are a few caveats:
- Windows 7 has limited support for newer hardware (USB 3.x, NVMe, newer chipsets), so installation can be tricky or require custom drivers. - You?™ll need to manage the boot order via BIOS/UEFI or a boot manager. - Windows 7 is end-of-life, so no security updates.
From a purely technical standpoint it can work, but from a practicality and security perspective, sticking with Windows 10 (or newer) is usually the safer option unless you specifically need Windows 7 for legacy software.
