Hello ASRock and fellow forum members.

I'm curious about the current support status of the X570D4U-2L2T. It's still listed as an active product under Server Motherboards > AMD AM4, yet the last official BIOS update dates back to November 2022, meaning it's still running AGESA 1.2.0.7.

This leaves it vulnerable to several known security issues, including Zenbleed, Inception and Sinkhole.

ASRock, is there any plan to release a fully supported BIOS update for this board? Ideally, a BIOS release based on AGESA 1.2.0.E to cover all major vulnerabilities patched up to 2025.

I?™m aware there?™s a beta BIOS from November 2024 with AGESA 1.2.0.C, which addresses many of these concerns, but it's still in beta status after 8 months.

Thanks in advance for any update!

I don't think anyone from ASRockRack or even ASRock look at this forum.
It's really a community forum type thing.

I have an X470D4U running the beta with 1.2.0.C.
I already swore off buying any more ASRockRack products because of the way they treat their _existing_ customers. I'll stick to ASRock (non-Rack) products.

You can open a support ticket with ASRockRack here:

Hopefully they will be able to assist you.

Thanks for the responses, @eccential and @Xaltar ??I really appreciate you both taking the time to reply.

It's disappointing to hear that ASRockRack doesn?™t actively monitor a forum hosted under their own main site. Still, I?™ll go ahead and open a support ticket as suggested directly with them. Hopefully there's still a chance they?™ll provide an official response or even consider finalizing the beta BIOS.

Thanks again to both of you ??I?™ll follow up here if I hear anything back from ASRock.

Happy to help. This is a community forum that ASRock hosts for it's users to share
experiences, issues and fixes. ASRock's tech support staff do drop in here and post
from time to time too but this isn't an official ASRock support hub/channel. Basically
the forum is here for us to help each other out as well as serve as a hub for ASRock
to monitor for persistent/wide spread issues so they can address them.

Good luck with your ticket
