Dear flS347qF,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

According to your question, we provide some suggestions for verifying:

1. Please cut off the AC power and refer to user manual page.27 to clear CMOS.
http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Manual/AB350M%20Pro4.pdf
* Please short Pin2 and Pin3 about 1 minute to ensure MB discharging.

2. When system is posting, please press [F11] to check if system can enter Boot Menu. If so, try to enter Setup page via boot menu to verify.

3. Please plug the graphics card to secondary PCIe slot to verify.

4. If possible, please install other Graphics cards to check if the problem is caused by the VBIOS/GOP with your Graphics card.

Thanks!

All the best,
ASRock TSD
