Dear Guys,
When I power on the motherboard it takes 60 to 70 seconds BIOS logo (Display) to appear even if no storage device is attached then again reboot one time then go for os loading. i change the ram & try to boot from another slot, power supply & graphics card but no solution. Already reset the bios & updated the current bios but still same.
Processor : AMD Ryzen 3 2200G (Code Name Raven Ridge)
Bios : 4.60
Power supply Corsair VS650
Is there any motherboard issue or need to change some bios settings or it is normal. If anyone has a motherboard like this, please confirm.

Try disconnecting all USB devices from your system and turn it on with only the monitor attached. Some USB devices can cause POST (the tests that happen before and during the ASRock logo being shown) to take a long time. I have seen similar issues here on the forums caused by a gaming mouse, gaming keyboard and gaming headset, 3 different users with similar issues each with a different USB device causing the issue.
If that doesn't help then post back here and we can try to suggest more.

You didn't list your motherboard but if you have 4 memory slots then you need to use slots A2 and B2 if you are using 2 sticks of RAM.
The next thing I would try is using only a single stick of RAM in slot A2, the second slot from the CPU.
It sounds like you could be experiencing RAM incompatibility which is causing the memory training to delay POST.

Please check & confirm.

I need your board model, different motherboards will have different RAM models listed in their compatibility list.
You can go to your motherboard's product page, click the support link and go to memory the QVL list. Select the one for your CPU type. In your case the 2200g is a Raven Ridge model.
https://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/AB350%20Pro4/index.asp#MemoryRR" rel="nofollow - here is an example, this is the QVL (memory compatibility list) for the AB350 Pro4.
From here you can order by size and look through the 16gb options. You will want a 2 x 16gb kit rather than a 4x8 kit. Compatibility is better with 2 sticks than 4.
I hope this helps.

https://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/B450%20Steel%20Legend/index.asp#MemoryRR" rel="nofollow - this is the QVL for your board when using your CPU. More than that I don't know. I am not ASRock Tech Support and can only speak within my own experience. I wish I had access to every ASRock product ever made but I don't, only the ones I have purchased and used.
Good luck.

Hello Xalter,
i want to inform you I submit the board to their Asrock service center & they RMA the board but now When I power on the motherboard it takes 15 to 20 seconds BIOS logo (Display) to appear.
