I hope I am in the right place for my questoin.
I have a Deskmini 310 with an i5 9400 and I want to expand the memory to 2x16GB with DDR4 SODIMM 2660.

Or is there another 16GB 2666 variant that is readily available. Most of the types on the QVL seem to be out of production.

I can't say for certain but typically Intel systems tend to be more forgiving when
it comes to RAM compatibility. The QVLs on ASRock's website don't typically get
updated after they are put up (product release). Generally you are better off
checking board compatibility on the RAM's product page. All you really need to
know is if the RAM is supported on the H310 chipset used in your board and with
your CPU.

I would say it's a pretty safe bet it will work but I can't speak with authority.
Hope this helps.
