I have a question, Videocard => "Asrock Radeon RX 6700 XT Challenger D OC 12 GB" have Temperature Sensors on all VRAM (Memory Chips) Chips ?

I have a question, i send question to "Asrock" on support page on Website about Videocard few days before and a, where and how many Time wait a answer ?

Typically up to about 7 working days in my experience unless there is some national
holiday/s or large event going on. Also, if you didn't receive a confirmation
email then ASRock did not receive your ticket. It can sometimes be flagged as spam
for some reason.

Check your spam folder for an automated response. If you didn't get one then send
another ticket and make sure your email address is entered correctly. No automated
response means their servers did not receive the support request. AFAIK the confirmation
email is sent from ARock's tech support department server once the web server
forwards the ticket to them. This setup ensures that ASRocks Tech Support
department has received the ticket. If you don't get assistance but receive
a confirmation email then that means their support department has a backlog
there is a delay in processing your ticket. Since they have been doing it this
way I have not seen anyone fail to receive an answer from them (not automated).

i send again and again no email message from "Asrock" about i'm sending, i think your system is "lagging" can you help please ? example information about it your "Website service center" ?

Sorry, I am just a forum moderator, I do not work for ASRock tech support.
If the support form isn't working correctly I am sure ASRock is aware and will fix
it. Make sure your email address is entered correctly on the form and that your
email provider isn't sending the automated response to your spam folder.
