Hello,
I assembled a computer for my client with the following parts:
ASROCK B850M Pro RS WiFi mATX AM5 DDR5
Ryzen 5 8500G
2 X Kingston DRAM 8GB 5600MT/s DDR5 CL36 DIMM FURY Beast Black EXPO
Kingston KC3000 512GB SSD
Seasonic PSU ATX 3.1 750W Gold - FOCUS GX-750 V4

I installed Win 11 as well as all the drivers. So far everything is fine. To use the hardware capabilities, I launched EXPO from the quick menu. After a restart in the BIOS, the RAM speed remained at 4800MHz. I also checked in Windows. There it was also 4800MHz. I decided to manually adjust the RAM speed in to the settings: F6 ??Advanced Mode -> OC Tweaker. There all the options are grayed out/disabled. I did not see an option to enable DRAM Freyauentsi. I decided to update the BIOS to the latest version 4.10 from the Asrock website. The update went through successfully, but I still don't have the options to enabled ore change the RAM speed. Both RAM sticks are visible in the BIOS and Windows. They are in slot A2 and B2.

You can try clearing CMOS and checking again if you haven't already done so.

If that doesn't help then open a support ticket with ASRock:

It may be deliberate given the 8xxxG series have been known to have instability with
EXPO enabled. You can ask ASRock in a support ticket for clarification.

I clear the CMOS before and after a bios flash. No effect.
I have submitted a request and am now waiting for a response from the Asrock support team.
Thanks for the help. :)
