I am guessing you mean the https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/X670E%20Pro%20RS/index.asp" rel="nofollow - X670E Pro RS ?

That is very odd, are you following the same steps with 4.10 as with the other
versions?
Did you rename the extracted ROM file to creative.rom ?

Obviously you will need to follow the usual steps to use flashback:
Quote
Use BIOS Flashback: If you cannot get into the BIOS to use Instant Flash, use the dedicated BIOS Flashback button on the rear I/O panel. Ensure the BIOS file is renamed to creative.rom and placed on a FAT32 USB stick.
Clear CMOS: Clear the CMOS by turning off the PC, removing the power cable, and either using the onboard "Clear CMOS" button or removing the coin-cell battery for 5??0 minutes. This resolves many update failure issues.
Check USB Format: The USB drive must be formatted as FAT32, not NTFS or exFAT. Use a USB 2.0 drive if possible for better compatibility.
Re-download/Verify File: The file on the website may have been corrupted or improperly packaged. Verify it is for the "X670E Pro RS" and not a similar model.

I hope this helps.

Hello and thank you,

Yes, I did it exactly as you described.

I can see that the USB LED/ Fallback LED is working for a few seconds and then the fallback LED stays on

When I use BIOS Flash, it reboots, then the lock screen appears for a few seconds, and then it boots back into the BIOS.

I tried an older BIOS version 3.4 works without any issues. But even with an older BIOS, I can?™t get to 4.1.

Current BIOS: 3.5

I am afraid there is nothing more I can suggest, you will need to open a support
ticket with ASRock and ask for their assistance:

I double checked the link to 4.10 for your board and it's correct (sometimes they
can link to another board model by mistake). I haven't seen any other reports about
4.10 failing to apply on your board so I don't know what the issue could be.

Good luck and let me know how it goes with ASRock.

Hello,
just want to inform you about my result. 1. MSDOS Partition was missing, it was GPT but that was not enough to make it work. The magic trick was renaming the file from creative.ROM to CREATIVE.ROM, dont know why but that was it.Thank you.

regards
