Does the B450M Pro4 R2.0 support 1440p at 144Hz via HDMI?

I would like to confirm whether the B450M Pro4 R2.0 can handle 2560x1440 at 144Hz. I successfully ran 1080p at 144Hz with 4:4:4 format, which is at the limit of HDMI 1.4b.

I came across a https://www.reddit.com/r/buildapc/comments/g86sc5/fyi_although_not_certifiedadvertised_asrock_b450m/" rel="nofollow - Reddit post stating that the older B450M Pro4 version can achieve 4K at 60Hz, which requires HDMI 2.0 bandwidth.

I?™m curious if I can utilize HDMI 2.0 with 5600G's iGPU, despite the motherboard being certified only for HDMI 1.4b.

As far as I am aware that is determined by the iGPU on the CPU you use with the
board. If the 5600g supports it then the board should too. If you want a definitive
answer you can fire off a support ticket to ASRock directly:

I am about 99% sure it does though, bare in mind I do not speak for ASRock.

I received a corporate answer from Asrock regarding my support ticket, I've been told it's guaranteed to support HDMI 1.4b but stability beyond the specifications provided by Asrock is not guaranteed.

If any users are successfully running 1440p at 144Hz or 4K at 60Hz on their B450M Pro4 R2.0 mobo and can confirm stability, please leave a message. Mine is running P5.70 bios, if that matters.

Ah, I had hoped they would just confirm for you. Like I said, I am about 99% sure
it will work but without a 5600g and a B450 board I can't give you a 100%.
