I have an issue with my H110M-ITX/ac. It consistently powers off after 33 seconds. There have been a few times I can consistently get in, and I?™ve been trying to install an os. I tried updating the uefi using the instant flash feature. I tried to update to 7.20, but the reboot happened while it was performing that. I read about a recovery feature, and the usb with the uefi rom is still plugged in with the power on, but I don?™t think it is on because of the 33 second reset.
Any help is appreciated. I may just replace what I need to as the worst case scenario.

The system powering itself off is usually power related. I would try another PSU
with it if you can. That said, if you tried to update the BIOS and it powered off
during the update you are out of luck. Short of buying a cheap ROM programmer off
ebay/Aliexpress etc there is no way to fix the bricked BIOS. There are tutorials
on how to do so on youtube if you search it. Luckily for you, your board still uses
a socketed BIOS chip so programming it is much easier to do. You can remove the
BIOS rom chip from it's socket, plug it in to a programmer and flash the correct
BIOS version back onto it and revive the board.

I am almost 100% certain your original issue is a bad PSU. Unless your board has
leaking capacitors which shouldn't be the case as I don't think it's old enough
for that to be an issue yet.

Very cool. Thank you. I have been doing this project mainly as a sw dev trying to understand how the hw works. I have a need for a rom programmer in another project, so I think I will experiment down that route. Can?™t break what?™s already been bricked!
